BASE PACKAGE
The BIOMANAGER base package provides all the key functionality to manage your user data and biometric devices intuitively. The base package includes these modules:
User Management
Manage users with their biometric data efficiently. Create, delete and modify user data, assign ID values and set the person’s role on TBS devices.
Client Management
Manage your biometric devices and enrollment clients with ease. Activate them with a single click, configure advanced features remotely and verify the status at any time.
Biometric Management
Easily access (review or delete) all biometric templates (records) of a user to maintain an up-to-date database.
Live Transactions
See the incoming transactions from all connected devices devices live and filter, sort and export the full transaction history.
REST API
Connect other systems easily by using our server side REST APIs. Control content remotely or retrieve bookings to be processed in your software.
Event Log
Enrollment log and other notifications configured on TBS terminals or events in server monitoring.
System Management
Manage the BIOMANAGER operators and configure the system settings.







POWER PACKAGES
To enhance the capabilities of your BIOMANAGER solution, there are numerous power packages available that can be incorporated to provide additional features:
Enrollment
Adds direct enrollment options to BIOMANAGER for central enrollment (via connected USB sensor) and remote enrollment on any TBS device in the network.
Monitoring & Maintenance
Set thresholds for specific situations in server monitoring and notify operators about those monitored events, and define tasks for automated server maintenance.
Multi-Factor
This package brings additional authentication factors to TBS devices, like QR Code or Mobile access. Availability depends on device model.
High Security
Includes support for custom SSL certificates, allows installation-specific encryption of biometric templates and enables liveness detection on qualified devices.
Integration
Enables our legacy SOAP API for partners that do not support REST API yet. User synchronization from leading systems to BIOMANAGER with SyncTool developed by TBS, and API to remotely control TBS devices, including I/O control and UI modifications.
Access Control
Introduces extended access control features like multi-tenancy, rights management with zones & schedules and anti-passback.
Access Control Profiles
Use profiles for special functions on TBS terminals like doorbells, extended door control or to arm & disarm an alarm system or to assign actions to an ID factor of a certain user.
Access Point Management
Enables TBS terminals to control key deposit systems, wardrobes, lifts or other “Access Points”. After authentication, each user can select them from his individual dashboard.
